The 89-room, Econo Lodge Spokane, with leased restaurant in Spokane, Washington, is comprised of four buildings situated on nearly a full city block of prime land, where two major streets enter onto the property. One building houses 33 rooms, lobby, laundry, and other utility rooms. Two buildings have a combined 56 sleeping rooms. These three buildings are two-story with exterior corridors facing into a courtyard-effect; a swimming pool and spa enhance the center of the courtyard. Rooms range a spacious 364 to 420 sq. ft. The fourth building is free standing, with the one-story restaurant, which is positioned at the corner across from the hotel's lobby. This hotel is within walking distance of the downtown areas of Spokane. It is also at exit 281, off Interstate 90. Within a few blocks are the state of Washington's second largest hospital, a huge medical center, and several other medical facilities serving the greater Inland Empire. Spokane is the heart of a three-state, two province region. It is the center of commerce, healthcare, business and professional services, as well as the capital of arts and culture for the geographical area known as the Inland Northwest Empire.
