The Atlantic Las Brisas is centrally located on the beach, on the Boardwalk. The hotel has recently been renovated to provide the most up to date comforts and amenities. The guest rooms are roomy and comfortable. The hotel is located in a 'trendy' area in Daytona Beach and is near restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping of all sorts. The hotel prides itself on it's "pleasant staff and smiling faces". The hotel is walking distance to fine dining, shopping and entertainment.
Las Brisas is a Spring Break Hotel. From the last week of February through April the hotel caters to college students. Las Brisas is located on the most popular "Spring Break" section on the beach. During this time each person in the room must be at least 18 years old. The hotel requires a damage/security deposit of $50.00 per student payable in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded at check-out pending a room inspection from the management. A $10.00 phone deposit is also required in cash on arrival and refunded at check-out less any charges incurred. Security Deposit is $50.00 per room. There is a mandatory $2.00 per day safe surcharge.
