Reconcepting Advisory Beginning in August 2005, the Park Hyatt will undergo an extensive re-concept and renovation by designer Tony Chi. The hotel will reopen in Spring 2006. The $24 million project includes recreating the ground- floor lobby and reception areas, and the Lobby Bar and Salon; creating a new Tea Cellar for rare teas, and a new open-kitchen restaurant; redesigning all of the 217 guestrooms; and creating a mezzanine floor with over 12,000 square-feet of meeting and event space. |
