The Banyan Tree Seychelles is a resort of stunning villas surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, nestled at the foot of a mountain on the island of Mahe. The resort covers an area of approximately 117 hectares on the island's southwestern coastline with a fabulous palm tree lined beach frontage of 800 meters. Combining contemporary and plantation-style decor, the 47 air-conditioned villas have been built and furnished using indigenous materials, sleek Asian style furnishings and ethnic textiles and ornaments. Guests can unwind in the spa where a wide variety of massage and beauty treatments are available, drawing on Asian traditions dating back centuries. The resort also has an infinity pool and well equipped gym and seasonal water sports are available. The Seychelles' capital, Victoria, the Natural History Museum and botanical gardens are all three kilometres from the hotel. Seychelles International Airport is 20 kilometres away.
