The Hotel Milano is a modern red brick property located under a kilometre from Rotterdam's Central Station with easy access to the rest of the city. The hotel's guestrooms are simply decorated and furnished with modern fittings; all include balconies and provide cable TV, clock radios, safes and Internet ports.
Guests can start the day with a continental breakfast and after a day exploring Rotterdam, they can relax with a drink in the hotel bar. For guests wishing to surf the web or catch up with their email, there is high-speed Internet access in the hotel's public areas. The Kunsthal Art Gallery, the Boymans van Beuningen museum, the Nederlands Architectuur Instituut and the Euromast, the 100 meter high tower with its restaurants and breath- taking views, are all one kilometer from the hotel. Slightly further afield, the Delfs Harbour, city zoo and the Tropicana swimming pool are two kilometres away. Rotterdam Airport is driving time of ten minutes and a distance of five kilometres. Bus no.33 operates to/from Rotterdam Central Station (journey time 20 minutes) which is an eight minute walk from the hotel. The airport bus station is located in front of the terminal building. Hotel Milano is reachable with tramline 1 and 7 and is at the second stop from Central Station at 1e Middellandstraat on the corner of s'Gravendijkwal. There is a taxi rank located in front of the airport's Arrivals; taxi fare to the city centre should cost around 25-30 EUR.
