The boutique-style Paramount Hotel was built in 1999 and features a 1930s-style décor throughout. The hotel is located in the buzzing Temple Bar district of Dublin, Ireland, filled with bars and restaurants. Trinity College is 500 meters away, and the Guinness Brewery is two kilometers away. Dublin Airport is 15 kilometers from the hotel, a 40 minute drive. Modern European and French dishes are served in the casual dining ambience of the Turks Head Cafe Bar, which features mosaics and extravagant décor with a Spanish flavor. Revelers can dance the night away in the hotel's nightclub. The hotel caters to business guests with a conference room for seminars and meetings. Sightseeing and excursions can be booked at the reception desk.
Guestrooms are carpeted and decorated in warm cream or pastel shades with dark wood furniture. All have cable television, work desks with Internet connections, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries.
Please Note: The Paramount Hotel's kitchen is currently being repaired. Repairs are estimated to be completed on June 18, 2005. Until then, the hotel has modified its menus. The hotel will not be able to offer room service until repairs are completed. For breakfasts, the hotel will offer extensive continental style buffet with juices, breads, croissants, Danish pastries, muffins, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, muesli, and a large selection of meats and cheeses including Parma ham, smoked salmon and cheeses. Lunch and dinner menus have also been modified. |
