An eclectic variety of amenities furnish the 82 guestrooms. There is no such thing as a typical guestroom at the Granville Island Hotel. Some have water views and wooden shutters; others have beamed ceilings and marble floors with Persian rugs and soaker tubs.

The hotel fitness center now has a treadmill, exercise bikes, an Ellyptic machine and workout ball. Bathrobes are on request.
